Committees are formed by an association to focus on specific goals within your association. The volunteers on these committees, while dedicated to the cause, are often limited in the resources they can contribute. By partnering with ACG, we can ensure that your committee volunteers are able to spend their time on the issues, rather than managing the day-to-day details that can sometimes bog down a committee.
ACG will:
- Provide committee support services, including planning activities, communication and policy development
- Track committee responsibilities and offer reminders to officers when necessary
- Assist in task completion, where appropriate
