Our built environment can shape our habits and choices, regulate our sleep-wake cycle, drive us toward healthy and unhealthy choices, and passively influence our health through the quality of our surroundings. This interactive lunch and learn will explore the principles behind engineering healthy spaces, providing insight into marrying design and construction processes with evidence-based health and wellness technologies. It provides the required 4 credit hours of core and 2 credit hours of ethics, for your license renewal. This course is taught by a licensed instructor and experienced commercial broker. It was written for professionals in commercial real estate brokerage and property management. It covers what you need to know: current rules and regulations, trust accounts, disclosure, agency, contracts, NJLAD and ethics. The course is informative and interactive with real life case studies.
