Association Specialist​

We are seeking an Association Specialist to join our team—a master relationship builder and trusted operational advisor who thrives at the intersection of strategy, organization, and people.

In this role, they will serve as the primary liaison between internal teams and multiple client committees, leveraging exceptional communication and proactive problem-solving skills to preserve and strengthen vital client partnerships. With a sharp eye for detail and a commitment to service excellence, the candidate will confidently guide client leadership through governance compliance, strategic milestone tracking, and fiscal alignment, while directing end-to-end program execution, stakeholder communications, and marketing oversight to ensure all deliverables are executed flawlessly, on time, and within scope.

Association Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Association Coordinator to support multiple client portfolios. In this role, you will be the organizational backbone of our team, managing high-touch administrative tasks including board meeting logistics, membership data management, and event support.

Meeting Planner
